Argentine, Kansas
Blanche Alice Sackman was born January 04, 1914 to Clyde Harry and Ester H (Mueller) Sackman in Argentine,
Wyandotte County, Kansas. She grew up in
Argentine and while attending school held several class officer
positions, including class Secretary in 1927. After graduating from Argentine High School in 1931, she
attended business college and graduated in 1935. After college she was involved in numerous functions,
including being Maid of Honor at the marriage of one of her close friends, Betty Elaine Haas. She met Granvel
Glen Trent and they were married in 1940. They lived in
Kansas City, Kansas until 1970, when she and her
husband moved to Hollister, Taney County, Missouri, where they resided until Granvel's death on
January 28, 1991.
Blanche Alice Sackman Trent died
May 28, 2008 in Hollister, Taney County, Missouri.
Eileen Morse was born in 1915 to Fred B and Mabel Morse. She attended Argentine Public Schools and was
actively involved in music and drama.
Her father was an
Engineer for the Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad in Argentine.
Ethel Earle Jones was born in 1915 to Charles E. and Lulu Ethel Jones in Argentine, Wyandotte County, Kansas.
She attended Argentine Public Schools and was a member of the 1927 Junior High School class.
Dorothy Virginia Comstock was born September 09, 1914 to Chauncy Mark and Mabel Edith (Coleman) Comstock
in
Argentine, Wyandotte County, Kansas. Dorothy was affectionately called "Dee" by Ruth and all of her friends.
She married Stanley Renner Robert on August 28, 1937. After her divorce from Stanley in 1952, Dorothy went
back to college and earned her Masters Degree in Education at Eastern State College in Spokane, Washington.
Afterwards she taught elementary school at Medical Lake Elementary in Spokane. She met
John William
Stailey
and they were married on January 30, 1959. Moving to Klamath Falls, Idaho in 1959, she began teaching
grade school again until her retirement sometime after 1970.

Dorothy Virginia Comstock Stailey died
September 26, 1993 in St Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
